Beef & Feta Meatball Pita Pockets

Ingredients
- Bazaar Pita Pockets - 6
- Lean beef mince - 750g
- Egg - 1
- Green onions sliced - 3
- Fresh white bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Ground coriander - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped parsley - 1/2 cup
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 180g
- Olive oil
- Tabouli - 2 cups
- Greek yoghurt and lemon wedges to serve
Instructions
- Combine mince, egg, onions, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, parsley and feta in a large bowl. Season with pepper and mix well.
- Roll mixture into 18 even sized meatballs and flatten slightly.
- Heat a greased grill plate or barbecue. Cook meatballs for 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Split open pita bread and fill with 3 meatballs and top with tabouli.
- Serve with yoghurt and lemon wedges.
