Cashew & Coconut Chicken with Garlic Naan Bread

Ingredients
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- chicken breast - 500g, diced
- Pataks® Cashew & Coconut Simmer Sauc - 540g
- Bazaar® Garlic Naan Bread, warmed - 2
- roasted cashew nuts - 2 tbsp.
- fresh coriander leaves - to serve
Instructions
- Heat oil in medium saucepan and brown chicken. Add simmer sauce and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve with warm naan bread and tomato and onion salad.
