- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place pizza base on lightly greased baking tray.
- Spread base evenly with tomato paste. Sprinkle with mozzarella and top with chicken, ham, onion and olives.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp.
- Serve cut into wedges, topped with chives and barbecue sauce, if using.
