- Preheat a char-grill or barbecue on high.
- Place chicken on a plate. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Char-grill chicken for 5-6 minutes, each side until browned and cooked through. Cover and rest for 5 minutes; slice thickly.
- Meanwhile, spread hummus along middle of Lebanese breads. Top with tabouli, cooked chicken and tomato; roll up to enclose filling.
