Turkish Bread & Butter Pudding

- 1 Bazaar® Turkish Pide
- Softened butter for spreading
- ¼ cup soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup cream
- Ground cinnamon to sprinkle
- Blueberry coulis
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease four round 300mL ramekins with butter.
Cut Bazaar® Turkish Pide into small cubes and brush with butter, then divide equally amongst the four ramekins. Sprinkle each with brown sugar.
Place the eggs, milk and cream in a jug and mix together. Carefully divide and pour the mixture over the bread.
Top with cinnamon and bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Garnish with blueberry coulis.
