  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease four round 300mL ramekins with butter.

  2. Cut Bazaar® Turkish Pide into small cubes and brush with butter, then divide equally amongst the four ramekins. Sprinkle each with brown sugar.

  3. Place the eggs, milk and cream in a jug and mix together. Carefully divide and pour the mixture over the bread.

  4. Top with cinnamon and bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.

  5. Garnish with blueberry coulis.
