Meatball pitas with parmesan & tomato chutney

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs, shaking pan for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  2. Cut pita breads in half and open to form pockets.
  3. Fill pockets with lettuce, cooked meatballs and tomato. Top with parmesan and parsley.
  4. Serve with tomato chutney.
