- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place pizza base on lightly greased baking tray.
- Spread base evenly with tomato paste.
- Scatter mozzarella over base, top with pepperoni.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp. Remove from oven and top with olives.
- Serve cut into wedges, topped with parmesan and basil leaves.
