Prawn, Pineapple and Chilli Pizzas

Ingredients
- green prawns - 300g, peeled
- Bazaar® mini pizza bases - 2
- tomato passata - ½ cup
- baby bocconcini - 100g
- canned pineapple rings - 100g, chopped
- dried chilli flakes - ½ tsp.
- fresh coriander leaves - to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook prawns for 2-3 minutes or until just cooked and golden.
- Place pizza bases on lightly greased baking tray. Spread bases evenly with passata. Top with bocconcini, pineapple, cooked prawns and chilli.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp.
- Cut into wedges and serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.
