Smoked salmon and cream cheese Turkish rolls with capers & dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally, place cut side up on baking trays. Grill for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over roll halves. Top with cucumber, salmon and capers.
  4. Serve garnished with red onion and dill.
