Smoked Salmon & Watercress Pita Pockets

Ingredients
- Bazaar® White Pita Pockets - 2
- spreadable cream cheese - ⅓ cup
- smoked salmon - 100g, sliced
- watercress - 1 cup, trimmed
- red onion - 1 tbsp, sliced
- lemon quarters - to serve
Instructions

Heat pita pockets following packet instructions and cut in half.

Spread inside pitas with cream cheese. Fill with smoked salmon, watercress and onion. Serve with lemon quarters.
