Tandoori Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Heat a char-gill or barbecue. Combine chicken, tandoori paste and yoghurt. Cook chicken on an oiled char-grill or barbecue until just cooked through. Cool and slice into bite size pieces.
  2. Place pizza base on lightly greased baking tray. Spread base evenly with pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella, sliced chicken, mushrooms and red onion.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp.
  4. Serve cut into wedges, topped with sour cream and baby rocket leaves.
