Tuna Salad Pita Pockets

Ingredients
- Bazaar® Wholemeal Pita Pockets - 2
- can tuna in olive oil - 185g, drained
- Lebanese cucumber - 1, diced
- stick celery - 1, diced
- mayonnaise - ⅓ cup
- chopped fresh dill - 1 tbsp.
- pink radishes - 4, halved, sliced
- lettuce leaves - 1 cup, torn
Instructions

Warm pita pockets following packet instructions and cut in half. In a bowl, combine tuna, cucumber, celery, mayonnaise and dill. Season with black pepper.

Pile mixture into the pita pockets, along with radish and lettuce. Serve.
