Bacon, Egg & Sausage Roll

Lightly toast rolls. Heat a large frying pan and lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook sausages until golden and cooked. Halve and cook cut side until brown. Cook bacon until golden and crisp.

Spray pan again with oil and fry eggs for 1-2 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Layer spinach, sausage, bacon and egg into each roll. Serve with tomato sauce and black pepper
