Balsamic Margarita Pizza

Ingredients
- Bazaar® Wholemeal Pizza Base - 1
- tomato paste - ¼ cup
- baby bocconcini - 150g, sliced
- tomatoes - 4, sliced
- fresh basil leaves and balsamic glaze - to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
- Place pizza base on lightly greased baking tray. Spread base evenly with tomato paste. Top with bocconcini and sliced tomato.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp.
- Cut into wedges and serve drizzled with balsamic glaze and scattered with basil leaves.
