Beef and capsicum wraps with tomato & avocado salsa

  1. Preheat a char-grill or barbecue on high.
  2. Place beef on a plate. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Char-grill beef for 4-5 minutes, each side until cooked to your liking. Cover and rest for 5 minutes; slice thickly.
  4. Meanwhile, char-grill capsicum for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Combine sour cream and coriander in a small bowl. Season to taste.
  6. Place cooked beef and capsicum along middle of Lebanese breads. Drizzle with sour cream mixture; roll up to enclose filling. Serve with avocado salsa and extra coriander leaves.


Tomato and avocado salsa Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
