Beef & Feta Meatball Pita Pockets

  1. Combine mince, egg, onions, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, parsley and feta in a large bowl. Season with pepper and mix well.
  2. Roll mixture into 18 even sized meatballs and flatten slightly.
  3. Heat a greased grill plate or barbecue. Cook meatballs for 10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Split open pita bread and fill with 3 meatballs and top with tabouli.
  5. Serve with yoghurt and lemon wedges.
