Greek Yiros with Spiced Lamb & Hommus

Ingredients
- Bazaar Greek Yiros - 4
- Lean lamb (rump or fillet) diced and threaded onto skewers - 400g
- Hommus - 4 tblsp
- Large tomatoes, sliced - 2
- Baby spinach - 2 cups
- Balsamic dressing - 2 tblsp
- Piri piri seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Season lamb skewers and grill or BBQ gently to your liking.
- Wash baby spinach, place into a bowl, add dressing and toss.
- Spread hommus onto the yiros and top with tomato.
- Take lamb off the skewers and add to Yiros, then place baby spinach on top and roll.
