Lamb Yiros with tomato, cucumber, mint & tzatziki

5-10 minutes


  1. Preheat char-grill or barbecue. Toss lamb in small bowl with oil and season with salt and pepper. Thread diced lamb onto pre-soaked wooden skewers (see note). Char-grill lamb until cooked to your liking. Remove meat from skewers, rest, covered for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile gently warm the yiros using a microwave, hotplate or oven.
  3. Divide cooked lamb, cucumber, tomatoes and onion between the yiros. Top with tzatziki and mint then roll to enclose filling.

Note: soak skewers in water prior to cooking to avoid burning.
