Pide with Chorizo, Olives & Feta

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place pide cut side up on a baking tray. Brush with olive oil and top with chorizo slices, olives and feta. 

  2. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is crisp and the chorizo golden and cooked. Scatter with parsley and slice.
