Pide with Chorizo, Olives & Feta

Ingredients
- Bazaar® Turkish Pide - 1, halved horizontally
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- chorizo sausages - 2, thinly sliced
- pitted olives - 120g, sliced
- feta - 200g, crumbled
- fresh parsley leaves - ¼ cup
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place pide cut side up on a baking tray. Brush with olive oil and top with chorizo slices, olives and feta.

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is crisp and the chorizo golden and cooked. Scatter with parsley and slice.
