Pide with Halloumi & Baba Ghanouj

Ingredients
- Bazaar® Turkish Pide - 1
- pine nuts - ⅓ cup
- haloumi - 200g, sliced
- Baba Ghanouj dip - 250g
- pomegranate seeds - ½ cup
- fresh mint leaves - to serve
Instructions
- Warm pide following packet instructions. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the pine nuts. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until golden. Remove from pan.
- Preheat char-grill or barbecue. Lightly spray haloumi with oil and cook for 1 minute on each side or until golden with grill lines.
- Slice pide and serve topped with baba ganouj, haloumi, pinenuts, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
