Pide with Halloumi & Baba Ghanouj

  1. Warm pide following packet instructions. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the pine nuts. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until golden. Remove from pan.
  2. Preheat char-grill or barbecue. Lightly spray haloumi with oil and cook for 1 minute on each side or until golden with grill lines.
  3. Slice pide and serve topped with baba ganouj, haloumi, pinenuts, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
