Pide with Olive Tapenade, Caramelised Onions, Feta & Mint

15-20 minutes



  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Heat oil in a large frying pan and add onions. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes or until onion is very soft and caramelised.
  2. Meanwhile, place pide cut side up on a baking tray. Lightly spray with cooking oil and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is crisp.
  3. Cut into slices. Top with tapenade, caramelised onions, feta and mint and serve
