Pita Pockets with Double Smoked Ham, Swiss Cheese & Avocado

Ingredients
- Bazaar Pita Pockets (white or wholemeal) - 4
- Double smoked ham, shaved - 200g
- Swiss cheese, sliced - 160g
- Avocado, sliced - 1
- Cherry tomatoes - 12
- Pack snow pea sprouts - 1/2
- Mayonnaise - 4 tblsp
Instructions
- Cut along one end of the Pita bread and open to form a pocket
- Spread the inside of the pocket with mayonaisse
- Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half
- Place all ingredients into the pocket and serve
