Pita Pockets with Double Smoked Ham, Swiss Cheese & Avocado

  1. Cut along one end of the Pita bread and open to form a pocket
  2. Spread the inside of the pocket with mayonaisse
  3. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half
  4. Place all ingredients into the pocket and serve
