- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly brown beef until golden and cooked.
- Place pizza base on lightly greased baking tray. Spread base evenly with barbecue sauce. Top with mozzarella, beef, sweet potato, red onion and rosemary sprigs.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp.
- Cut into wedges and serve drizzled with extra barbecue sauce and scattered with baby rocket.
Note: To grill your own sweet potato. Cut into slices and microwave or steam until tender. Heat char-grill or barbecue. Lightly spray cooked potatoes with oil and cook for 1 minute on each side or until golden.
