Tandoori Chicken Pizza

- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Heat a char-gill or barbecue. Combine chicken, tandoori paste and yoghurt. Cook chicken on an oiled char-grill or barbecue until just cooked through. Cool and slice into bite size pieces.
- Place pizza base on lightly greased baking tray. Spread base evenly with pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella, sliced chicken, mushrooms and red onion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp.
- Serve cut into wedges, topped with sour cream and baby rocket leaves.
