Vietnamese Turkey Roll

Ingredients
- Bazaar® Turkish Bread rolls - 4 (halved)
- lettuce leaves - 80g
- shaved turkey breast - 200g
- green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- carrot - 1, shredded
- Lebanese cucumber - ½, shredded
- chopped fresh coriander - 2 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - ¼ cup
- sweet chilli sauce - ¼ cup
Instructions
- Lightly toast the rolls. Top with lettuce and turkey slices.
- Combine green onions, carrot, cucumber and chopped coriander. Place on top of turkey and drizzle with mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce.
